Unibroue is from Chambry Canada not Vermont. This of course if French Canadian as you mentioned. It should state this on every bottle not sure where Vermont came from unless that is where the US distributor is located. Unibroue makes many of my favorite beers. I am more partial to Trois Pistoles and Maudite but Du Monde is great and imo an improved version of Ephemere.
