  • Thanks for sharing, great job! love that shirt..Flames

  • I have had this kind of turkey before... Only oven done for gravy to be saved.... Grilling the turkey is EXCELLENT, however if you don't have a grill on hand and still wish to preserve the flavor, here's a tip.. slow and low... That's basically it :) But regardless this is a great dish that I wouldn't mind having again...

  • GREAT VIDEO! I want one of those knives...no machetes...no swords you used to cut the meat : D - Seriously, VERY AWESOME. We got the injector stuff you used too, and we'll be grilling our Thanksgiving turkey tomorrow. Thanks for the great video - also, great website! P.S. We enjoy our Weber grill, but we're using the Egg tomorrow.

  • i live in the woods and survive on wild turkey and fish...i made a stove out of clay and it cooks wonder moist stolen turkeys....

  • Thank you again.

I just commented on your injector vid

    5 stars!

  • I was on the shoot when Dr BBQ grilled the turkey. It was very moist and full of flavor.....and it looked great. I would have never believed you could cook a big bird on the grill and it stay that moist. This really worked and it is so easy. I'll do my bird on the grill this year
