This game is ass!! The bosses are a joke, there is no telling when the screen allows you to go forward, all the power up look almost identical, the characters are retarded, the sound is god awful, the level designs clearly weren't tested!!! It's ass!!! Fuck this game!!!

I have beaten this game after 13 years of always losing...After I have beaten this game, I celebrated BIG TIME!! I beat this game in June of 2005.

The music and sound effects in this game are lame and some levels are super hard. But I had this when it first came out and a lot of the powerups and vehicles they had were cool and weren't in any other beatem up type of games at the time.

You needed to select EASY level and set more continues. Yep, I beated this game in a far 1994 on Hong Kong Genesis clone. And yes, the pipe level was a hell difficult one (fell into water - lost a life). Do I need to say, that 2 player game on the high levels was almost impossible?

this game is weirdly done. It's you can easily pass the 3 first stages without losing any continues ,you get a lot of extra lives, the bosses are beatable in 10 seconds, but there are some parts that you cant go through witout loosing one or two continues.

i have this version for genesis...the cool thing about this..is that you can do lots of choices...you can select toxie,nozone and junkyard and its the only toxic crusaders with 2 players,the other good that you can do lots of stuff in game like pilot the toxiccopter,skateboard, you can roller and you can also use blobbie as a weapon!

but the music sucks!:D and the gameplay is so repetive sometimes...

the nes version is by far the greatest!

Agreed. Though, I never played the NES version. The Genesis version is kinda dull. I own it and I barely touch that game whenever I play the Genesis.

The music on the game sucks balls with the exception of the music from the spaceship level (which is my favorite music track of the entire game and possibly the best music track on there as well).

This looks like a job for me to review this game. I need to rag on this.

Oh man I remember this game. I remember I had saved up a bunch of money and bought something else I can't recall, but still had some left over, so I bought this. Played the hell out of it, never got past the third or fourth stage I don't think though.

I like how fast the Toxic C. moves but wow is this a lower level Mega Drive game or what. It could've been a lot worse (in a good way). Thanks for posting, I will avoid this one. Sega 16-bit system rating= 2.5. At least it has bosses!
