can someone answer me how to train my quaker cause when i put my hand inside his cage he gets crazy and when i take him out he stands maximum for a minute in my hand or whatever and flies to his cage again please ANSWER ME i would be so grateful
I've watched all your videos. Very cute. Just a questions, if you wouldn't mind. Do the parrotlets cause much damage. and if you keep their wings clipped, will it keep them from flying all over the place. Please advise. thanks.
It would but they will bleed and dont cut their little feet or see he/she try to bite them off they will bleed trust me we cut with nail cutter my bird gussy bleed all over the place and once she bit off her nail thing on her foot it grow back but be careful.
wing clipping should definitely not cause them to bleed... if this happens to your parrot you are doing it wrong and should see a vet to have it done properly. And, usually if you have the right perches in your cage/play area the nails will stay filed down by themselves :)
First off, cool whip has no dairy in it. It's all weird oils which is even worse. This is actually home made whipped cream that I made myself ... in small amounts its fine...everything in moderation...the real poisons that you should never allow your parrots to have are hte following: Avocado, Chocolate, Coffee, etc...you know the list.
You seem like you love your birds a lot, so I was not doubting your decision in letting him have some. I thought your husbands pie was actually a meringue, and it made me think about making a meringue without sugar bake it for a few and see if the birds like it. A little extra protein from the egg whites :)
lol tycho talked to me and said he wants to eat me JK!!! i have 2 quakers(normal green) one cinnamon cheek conure(planning on an eastern rosella) and 2 cats
How many birds do you have? I have 7 birds.
