@8ball27 There was no audience, with the exception of the pilot, due to the amount of cutaways and difficulties of the different sets etc. The laughs that are on the dvd episodes without the tracks are from the crew.

"SPARKLES"!! Fabulous! What a wonderful show; what a total loss/pity that only a few of us "got it"...that the "masses" (yes..snobbish, but apt) did not; that it was on for such a short time. And I love that his real dad - Bob Elliot (of "Bob & Ray" the radio comedy team) played his father. A 40 year old paperboy living at home - some things money just can't buy, and this show truly was PRICELESS!

yeah, isn't it great? you can hear assorted crew members laughing but there is an optional non-laugh track episode on the dvd. the original laugh track was most annoying and often stepped on jokes because the witty barbs tend to come out of chris' fevered brain like quills from a rabid porcupine....fast and furious. now i'm going home...to vomit!!!!
