@AbstractGreenDude Neither are men, I wouldn't critisize SOME of us are still as respectful as back then, the MOST is what you have to worry bout Darlin`.
@ThePuppetMuffin yea... nowdays in the city i live in it's like a gay parade running around, most of the guys are wearing pink t-shirts and skinny pants and women dress like prostitutes ,At least younger ones do... now it's everything 'bout the money, dear...
@AbstractGreenDude sorry but i'm trully happy women are not as underrated as they used to be...From all the lyrics i got "I can be a fucking cleaning machine & look pretty at the same time cause i'm a woooooman.." since women are working & they are working as hard & equally as men do, then cleaning or cooking is not THEIR bussiness anymore. SO new lyrics "I can read 5 books for my school, listen to 10 cds-do my essay- and go out for a drink all in a single day cause i'm that kind of peeeerson!!"
@AbstractGreenDude (...) my point is that in 2011 the gender doesn't matter for what you can or can't do... e.g. i'm a perfectly straight woman but i love moto gp and f1, rock/metal music, football, horror movies, etc etc but i don't like shopping and i don't know how to cook or clean my house like my grandmother did.. Am i a failure for my gender??? i don't think so... but i love this song cause it's perfect for the time and place it was written, and peggy lee rocks...
@chrisoulicius yeap, i'm like opposite, i like cooking (i'm a boy) and I think the man and the woman should treat themselves the same in a house, doing both the same chores. My parents are both 54 years old and they split the house chores in a half, a pretty good example for me :)
@AbstractGreenDude ohhh mine too... that's why i think i have those beliefes ^^... and really nice seeing two people working together... i just read your comment saying " there are no women like that anymore" and i thought you were a bit negative about nowdays women... sorry for that... soooo cooking huh??? i'm a bit jealous xDDD... i just can't do it...
I am looking for the phrases in this song that says: " I can make the bacon, fry it up in the pan..." I would like to know how that phrase ends. It was used in the Enjoli perfume commercial several years ago.

I can wash out 44 pairs of socks and have 'em hangin out on the line
I can starch & iron 2 dozens shirts 'fore you can count from 1 to 9
I can scoop up a great big dipper full of lard from the drippins can
Throw it in the skillet, go out & do my shopping, be back before it melts in the pan
'Cause I'm a woman! W-O-M-A-N, I'll say it again
