  • Good concise presentation . .thank you!

  • i like

  • this i really a bo-fight: you attack the bo and not the opponent.

  • @annetraam ......WELL.... if you knew anything at all about martial arts, you would know the formal "exercises" are to build and maintain precision, timing, technique, etc. They ARE rehearsed "exercises" menat to be executed the same way every time....its called practice!..... Do this exercise and make a mistake and you would wind up with a knott on your head/body

  • @Mrluckyman007

You both are right: Mrluckyman007 should have written "Bo kata" or something instead

  • Pretty cool!

  • It must be difficult to learn how to respond that quickly in that manner. I know it's a teaching method, but still...

  • nice job , what style is this ?

  • @jamesinct Bojitsu techniques from Dento-Ryu Kobudo. Lineage of Baillargeon, JR Ruiz, Shogo Kuniba, Teruo Hayashi. Seikichi Odo

  • I say it's all rehearsed :o ! (derr, sarc)

  • very nice training +10

  • Nice video, really nice place to practise as well!. What style do you practise? cheers

  • @StuntFightersStudios This is a traditional Bo Fight and used to teach students how to use the BO (staff), hence the symetry and obvious scriptedness. Thank you for your comment.

  • @Mrluckyman007 yeah like a kata in karate

  • nice

  • Though this appears to be a basic "bo fight" you did it with good precise movements that brought your performance to life. Thanks for posting!
