  • Awesome man thanks for the lesson what type of business or thing do you do?

  • Been there, done that.. Went bust, sold everything. Watched some movivational videos. I thing i learned.. don't focus on wealth. Do the things you want, feel it, try it.

  • Thanks Brian! Very Helpful video! Hope to remove our TV as well...

  • Hey Brian i am currently studying Marketing and Advertisement, any good books that you can recommend me?

  • @kryptonek88 Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

  • Very good!! Good work

  • A pc is a bit like the best tv :P

What ever you do, there is an asian who can do it better :D

  • Thank you. I would like to meet you one day when I become quiet successful myself.

  • Wow, definitely enjoyed this video. I am a new business owner (operating a residential and commercial cleaning business in Miami) and I hope to be at this level or better one day. Appreciate the advice you gave. Do you have any for my specific area of business?

  • Its so TRUE! Removed the squakbox, focused on taking myself to the next level (albeit still trading time for labor) and completely changed my emvironment for the better! Inspiring video. Makes me want to work even harder and graduate from the rat race! :)

  • ching chong

  • he meant the petronas twin towers i believe... in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

  • that tall building tht you showed us was not the twin towers get your facts right

  • @videofreak153 he;s talking about the ones in malaysia, not the u.s.

  • hurensohn,

you have so much money but still a hurensohn camera. azzlack

  • I guessed right :D

  • did the prices of pent houses and offices go down after 9 11?

  • @FootbalFutbolS0ccer No they went up skyrocketing what was 10m for a penthouse in NY, Philly, Miami, Atlanta, L.A, ETC.... is now 27.5m in 2011 currency. Not a lot of money actually to people like me. I'm extravagant.

  • @FootbalFutbolS0ccer Also his penthouse isn't in my country.

  • Its Miami?

  • "Work as though you are the owner of the company . . . add tremendous value to your company everyday." Thanks, Brian for candid personal remarks at the end of this video. Finish Well My Friend, SRM

  • This is a really cool video, i find it very motivational, thanks for sharing your stuff with us from now on ill take your advices, good job.

  • You got a nanny, that's cool

  • wow, i'm jealous. you are living in my dream home.

    Thanks for your advice.

When did you start your first business?

Looking back on things now, if you could change something you did, what would it be?

Do you think large exit amounts are better than semi-self sustaining automated passive income businesses?

  • A MAID.. jeez your rich :D

  • this apartement looks beautiful! don´t know your channel but I´ll check your stuff out after this :D

  • tv's not my problem, vid games are lol

  • i'm in college and i know in other to be really successful in america, one shouldnt live life based on a fixed income or living pay check to pay check, my question is how did you start being an enterpreneur and how long did it take for you to get to were you are right now?

  • @Jideo12 Start with a job like everyone else. But unlike everyone else, you are there to learn. Work as though you are the owner of the company. Add tremendous value to your company everyday. When the opportunity arises in the future to start/ own your own business - you will know when and how to seize it.

  • @brianwong73 iam doing business now in college n uni. next year do u think thats an advantage 4 me to start a business ?

  • @ahmedgunner15 Sure. The sooner you start the better. Read Malcolm Gladwell's "Outlier" book to read about the 10,000 hours concept. But my advice is to limit your risk. Start something small like finding wholesale products and retailing them online. Good luck.

  • @brianwong73 doas studing this course in uni. n college an advantage to make money similliar way you did?

  • @brianwong73 where do you live?

  • yes i was wondering the same thing about the black sgr case since my line of work is also online marketing, among a few other things.. I stumbled apon this video looking for penthouses out in Manhattan, where i plan to purchase and as soon as i saw you in your office i instantly knew you were into online marketing as well lol, which inspired me even more. Beautiful pad brother & Who knows, maybe we can joint venture sometime in the future

  • @uptownrumor The black suitcase is a limited edition Science of Getting Rich course that was taught by Bob Proctor. It has helped me a lot over the years and I still review the course content to this day. :)

  • @brianwong73 u dont watch tv? so u dont know who Lady GAGA is? :(

  • Thank you very much for this. This is great motivational material. I am in medschool in philly and this is amazing. What a great accomplishment. May I ask what that program in the black book was? sgr? Thanks again

  • THX!

  • thank you, for the tour :)

  • so movies are bad ? i never knew that nor do i understand that now

  • Hi, I am also interested in living in a highrise apartment. I'm considering law, or business.Which field should I take up and any tips you could help me on? I will read the book think and grow rich.

  • Dude its not a penthouse buts its nice. Good message in your video I think it will be helpful to many people.

  • NICE...........

  • You've done very well for yourself!

  • lol you call this penthouse? LOL! Get a real house!

  • why do you choose to vomit negativity all over other people? how about you post a video equivalent to this one? empty vessels make the most noise

  • @yoyo21210 empty vessels... i am hurt now... how full is your fucked up brain? lol

  • @MrGaesaeki fuck a real house

  • very nice, but i wouldnt call it a penthouse.

  • I love this video! I downloaded on to my computer and watch it from there now. You have given me insight that I had known, but never fully realized. I will look forward to all of your videos for inspiration.

Keep up the good work, brianwong73

  • you can still watch youtube and waste lots of time...just like....wait for it....TV.

  • Hello, I am an Dutch young boy from 13 years old. And I want to become a lawyer, But I'm not sure. All what I want is make money to pay a nice penthouse, when I get older. A nice home for my kids do you have any tips?

    Thank you.

  • @Larsje23 Read the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. You can get a free copy if you Google it because it is in the public domain.

  • Extremely good vid thanks for making it and sharing it with us, God bless.

Loved the part about the commute to work was funny also haha.

  • i want an condo with a view like that!! it's one of my dream! Your, is very nice!!!

  • look, you are ruining your sons childhood by hiring a nanny. get your ass off youtube, and spend some time with your son.

  • Nice apartment haha, you should see where i live LOL

  • Im so afriad of heights. I have no fucking clue how you live like that.

  • Beautiful penthouse. Great video and what a wonderful message you leave us all with.

  • i am going to be a junior in high school soon. I want to be very successful in the future and in my career, what quick advice can you give me as a young person.

  • @er1cf Find your passion as early as possible and spend the rest of your life fulfilling that passion. Is that quick enough? :)

  • @brianwong73 EH, what kind of an advice is that? Seems like you're not saying a lot more stuff that are extremely crucial, and just giving out some off-handed, cheap advice. It's extremely frustrating by the way. Come on, tell us more.

  • I'm only 15 and I knew there was something wrong with television and media like that...I just couldn't really put my finger on it, but you nailed it. I hope to get an apartment in New York when I live by myself, and I have to say even though you only talked for 8 minutes of my life you have motivated me even more. Thank you.

  • It is wonderful that you are successful and you have offered some positive suggestions. Yet you don't reveal what you do for a living?

    Why is that?

  • @DoctorVanessa I'm just offering advice that I really think will help others. I don't want to make the video about me. But if you want to know I market information products online for personal development speakers, I have a wellness center that specializes in detoxification and I am a top leader in Nu Skin Enterprises which is a multi level marketing company.

  • I have worked hard over the years, and earned myself enough to be able to retire today(if i wanted). But if I had your disipline I could have done it years earlier. That fact that you have no tv is impresive. I own several tv's, and manage to watch none[catch 22 or what]. Just want to tell you keep doing what you do.

  • Man u n I....v both know that if u really wanna watch tv...u can just use ur computer as one.

and also if i am not wrong....ppl today spend more time on youtube then watching tv.

great house by the way and what u said about the environment is absolutely true.

    peace n keep it up.

p.s. your son is too young to have his own room....dont spoil him.

  • Are you an inventor?

  • Hey man really nice place

    What busnuss are you in??

+ any tips on how to start a busnuss

And i know i spelled busnuss wrong

  • Assuming you are into business; maybe you could help me by giving me some idea of how important networking is? Nice apartment, by the way. :D

  • Thank-you for your video and inspirational message, Brian!

  • sweet

  • Thank you very much for your great video and for the message... !!!

  • I don't have a tv except for in my office that is several blocks from my home. I watch it 10 min. a day for coverage on my business..golf. I notice the great use of vertical space in the penthouse.

  • maybe i don't explain this very well, but the thing i mean is that it is important to LIVE and ENJOY your life while you are alive and not just be "in the dark" till you reach your goals...

    i hope you understand :)

but again, i really liked your video, i think you and i are very much alike ;)

Ps... VERY nice home you have :)

  • Hi Brian...

I really enjoyed your video, but one thing i can't understand is why you say that it's a good thing to get rid of all the "time vampires" - i understand what you are saying, but i don't really understand the meaning...

see im actually alot like you, i have done very well for myself and im still rising up, but i really enjoy my time (mostly at night) infront of my TV or my PS3, it helps me relax and enjoy life "in the moment"

  • Hi Brian. that was wonderful. I will take your advice and remove my silly TV

  • thanks so much for sharing this with us. just out of curiosity, what's your career, and how hard do you have to work to get a high score for the HSC (end of highschool test)? i'm 14 years old and i want to focus on my future and career and stuff.

    thank u

  • I'm 12 same as you, want to succeed

  • Afflatus.. That's all I can say.

    Thank you for sharing this..

    from Downunder..

  • wonderful videos, wonderful ideas and concepts, especially the focus on your environment tip!!!! thank you

  • Thank you so much for your tour. I know that it's a really personal thing to be sharing with others and the world. I enjoy your videos; you are an inspiration.

  • Thanks for the positive energy and honesty! Now, make sure you don't spoil little wong jr lol! Take care!

  • Oh of course! If I get rid of the TV I can avoid most bad news. Good job the internet is so clean and regulated or I'd be bombarded by negativity...

  • Awesome dude!!! much appreciated for your tips. Much more success.

  • nice!!

  • I was going to say good job on keeping your house clean & organized! but maybe the maid helps you on that one...it's beautiful & I'm happy for you & thanks so much for the advice!

  • Dear Brian! You are the next global success story ;)

GOD Bless You, and Your Dreams :)

  • That was awsome

    Twin towers?

I am doing sgr with you and i am totally inspired.

  • Dude, your out of touch with the real world, television programming is not only negative news. You can get a T.V. and watch it with your spouse, just be selective.

  • I'm with Brian on this. Although I don't think there's anything wrong with spending some time watching movies, but when it becomes 4 to 5 hours per night, that's been my issue. It's the mindless time spent. It's called Prime Time! I suspect most of us need to take more control of it. He seems to have experienced the withdrawal symptoms I've felt. The need to "fill up that vacuum" can be rather unsettling. ;-)

  • i dont noe my dad watches a shit load of t.v and hes pretty rich so i dont noe if thats one of the main keys to Success

  • how much does it cost ?

  • Amazing apartment! Where was the wife? :P and also are you in Korea or Japan?

  • Wow words cannot express how beautiful you house is. Thank you for sharing

  • Thank you for sharing!

Lovely apartment and advice :D You've helped me a lot. I have a TV and I rarely use it :) You are a very organized individual... keep it up :)

  • hey brian so what is it that you do to own that are u an entrepneur or what?

  • Hi. If you look closely at the video completely you can see what I do for a living or at least get access to where you can find out more of what I do.

  • say Brian, may i ask u a question..? if i may ask.

did u buy your penthouse all from the sgr program? i know thats a personal question. im so inspired by your place! i thought u would have had a very nice place, but i didnt have any idea!! i have this video on my ipod touch and watch it almost daily! i really look up to you!! thanks for the inspiration!

  • Hi Tyler, I can say that a big part of what I'm grateful for in my life has to do with the teachings of Bob Proctor and his MSI concept. I've been listening to the SGR Program for over 2 years now and recently the 11 Forgotten Laws too.

  • ok cool!

i think im starting to see that too. I have been studying the sgr program since last summer and i can see how it really does turn into many msi's! thanks Brian!

cant wait for another 1 of your videos!

  • thx i hope i can use it in the future :)

  • nice vid

  • Great advise and very inspiring. What kind of work do you do if you don't mind me asking?

  • wow, i like to think of myself as successful but you are amazing!

  • Thanks. I'm sure you are very successful. I'm not a motivational speaker just a normal guy. My intention is to say that normal people can achieve "amazing" stuff if you surround yourself with empowering people, books and resources and decisively remove dis-empowering stuff like the tv and mainstream media.

  • i try to be as successful as a 13 year old can be, haha. im focusing heavily on my education and physique and maintaining a smart balance of everything in life to live life to the fullest

removing myself from the tv can be a difficult at times though ;)

  • Comment removed

  • have you heard of Jim Rohn?

he is a very good speaker and is alot better than you, no effence. you are good too.

  • wow brian!

    extremely inspiring!!!

    thank you!!!

  • Doh, I thought the TV was behind the wall and it like slid down or something oh well!

  • verry nice :D
