Wow, definitely enjoyed this video. I am a new business owner (operating a residential and commercial cleaning business in Miami) and I hope to be at this level or better one day. Appreciate the advice you gave. Do you have any for my specific area of business?
Its so TRUE! Removed the squakbox, focused on taking myself to the next level (albeit still trading time for labor) and completely changed my emvironment for the better! Inspiring video. Makes me want to work even harder and graduate from the rat race! :)
@FootbalFutbolS0ccer No they went up skyrocketing what was 10m for a penthouse in NY, Philly, Miami, Atlanta, L.A, ETC.... is now 27.5m in 2011 currency. Not a lot of money actually to people like me. I'm extravagant.
"Work as though you are the owner of the company . . . add tremendous value to your company everyday." Thanks, Brian for candid personal remarks at the end of this video. Finish Well My Friend, SRM
i'm in college and i know in other to be really successful in america, one shouldnt live life based on a fixed income or living pay check to pay check, my question is how did you start being an enterpreneur and how long did it take for you to get to were you are right now?
@Jideo12 Start with a job like everyone else. But unlike everyone else, you are there to learn. Work as though you are the owner of the company. Add tremendous value to your company everyday. When the opportunity arises in the future to start/ own your own business - you will know when and how to seize it.
@ahmedgunner15 Sure. The sooner you start the better. Read Malcolm Gladwell's "Outlier" book to read about the 10,000 hours concept. But my advice is to limit your risk. Start something small like finding wholesale products and retailing them online. Good luck.
yes i was wondering the same thing about the black sgr case since my line of work is also online marketing, among a few other things.. I stumbled apon this video looking for penthouses out in Manhattan, where i plan to purchase and as soon as i saw you in your office i instantly knew you were into online marketing as well lol, which inspired me even more. Beautiful pad brother & Who knows, maybe we can joint venture sometime in the future
@uptownrumor The black suitcase is a limited edition Science of Getting Rich course that was taught by Bob Proctor. It has helped me a lot over the years and I still review the course content to this day. :)
Thank you very much for this. This is great motivational material. I am in medschool in philly and this is amazing. What a great accomplishment. May I ask what that program in the black book was? sgr? Thanks again
Hi, I am also interested in living in a highrise apartment. I'm considering law, or business.Which field should I take up and any tips you could help me on? I will read the book think and grow rich.
I love this video! I downloaded on to my computer and watch it from there now. You have given me insight that I had known, but never fully realized. I will look forward to all of your videos for inspiration.
Hello, I am an Dutch young boy from 13 years old. And I want to become a lawyer, But I'm not sure. All what I want is make money to pay a nice penthouse, when I get older. A nice home for my kids do you have any tips?
i am going to be a junior in high school soon. I want to be very successful in the future and in my career, what quick advice can you give me as a young person.
@brianwong73 EH, what kind of an advice is that? Seems like you're not saying a lot more stuff that are extremely crucial, and just giving out some off-handed, cheap advice. It's extremely frustrating by the way. Come on, tell us more.
I'm only 15 and I knew there was something wrong with television and media like that...I just couldn't really put my finger on it, but you nailed it. I hope to get an apartment in New York when I live by myself, and I have to say even though you only talked for 8 minutes of my life you have motivated me even more. Thank you.
@DoctorVanessa I'm just offering advice that I really think will help others. I don't want to make the video about me. But if you want to know I market information products online for personal development speakers, I have a wellness center that specializes in detoxification and I am a top leader in Nu Skin Enterprises which is a multi level marketing company.
I have worked hard over the years, and earned myself enough to be able to retire today(if i wanted). But if I had your disipline I could have done it years earlier. That fact that you have no tv is impresive. I own several tv's, and manage to watch none[catch 22 or what]. Just want to tell you keep doing what you do.
I don't have a tv except for in my office that is several blocks from my home. I watch it 10 min. a day for coverage on my business..golf. I notice the great use of vertical space in the penthouse.
maybe i don't explain this very well, but the thing i mean is that it is important to LIVE and ENJOY your life while you are alive and not just be "in the dark" till you reach your goals...
i hope you understand :)
but again, i really liked your video, i think you and i are very much alike ;)
I really enjoyed your video, but one thing i can't understand is why you say that it's a good thing to get rid of all the "time vampires" - i understand what you are saying, but i don't really understand the meaning...
see im actually alot like you, i have done very well for myself and im still rising up, but i really enjoy my time (mostly at night) infront of my TV or my PS3, it helps me relax and enjoy life "in the moment"

Hi Tyler, I can say that a big part of what I'm grateful for in my life has to do with the teachings of Bob Proctor and his MSI concept. I've been listening to the SGR Program for over 2 years now and recently the 11 Forgotten Laws too.
