@valetdabess the closest thing to that is screen printing, it thats a pain to do but u can make like 100 shirts of the same design in about 1/2 hour after u have the screen set up

This must be the type of spray paint made for clothing. I tried using average white spray paint on a dark t-shirt one time and the shirt totally resisted the paint. I then started using dark spray paint on light colored shirts and this seemed to work well.

You need to set the ink by placing a piece of paper towel over the design and then ironing it, but it's still advisable to hand wash these shirts if you want them to last.

I believe it is to heat-seal the paint to the fabric. Unless specified by the paint manufacturer, I don't think it is a required step.

I think it matters what paint you use and what procedures you take to wash the painted t-shirt. I think one way is to wash the painted t-shirt inside-out and in cold water, on a gentle cycle. And i think another way is to not machine dry it... but try to Google or Yahoo or search on something on how to wash a painted t-shirt, because my answers may not be accurate. (Hand washing the painted t-shirt may be the safest way)
