I'm swedish and we had this both in 9th grade and later when I joined the military too..

In 9th grade I think I got around 12.5~ , in the military i got 15.4 as best (we had 2 sessions, one early in our service and one later, I naturally got better on the latter. First one I got 12.5 due to having an injury in my foot and I started feeling it would be stupid to continue.)

It's a nice test, few have completed it.

I managed to complete the 15 meter one. This one my record is 14.2. Though my last was 13.3. FUCKING hard work lol. Anyone who sais they got 16 or over is ither a seriously fit bastard or is a bullshitter lol. Good work lads, and nice vid.

im in grade 8 and we started this test in grade 7. its the hardest test ive had, including acedmics. Its one you should have to train for min 2 weeks for, but the teachers dont really prepare you for it. The farthest ive gone is 4.1 and that was today. 40 runs across and back. BRUTAL. Next beep test in the spring Im training for and going for 6.1.

@CosmeticsFTW dude thats just sad. I trained for 4 days and I got 7.9, and thats cuz i sprained my ankle (wasn't even tired lol). Highest in our grade 9 was 11.9. Lowest was 3.1` (20m beep test)
