@thizizliz - Well said. I was once punched in the head by a Qld Police for laughing at the way he reacted, he literally sounded like my 3rd grade teacher. After he punched me I got up & laughed again (knowingly to get a 2nd reaction, though the 1st was not intended), he took his club and hit my legs several times - meanwhile I Never physically touched him & warned him to stop... He did not, after 4 hits I kicked him in the stomach & made him vomit, then beat him in the face with his club
Great video Ken. I think that sometimes the wrong sort of people are drawn to positions of power and unless they are carefully trained, monitored and even weeded out, they will do things like this. Terrible. Good for your news programs for exposing it.
@thizizliz . In one way, I'm surprised it gets on air considering reports of what the police have done to journalists in the last couple of years. I think that with the internet and You Tube, there have been so many people putting up their own footage and stories that it can't be ignored any more. I'm just trying to help as I don't see why we should have to live like this any more. Note that they are still covering up the CMC as well.
@thizizliz As a follow up, on the following night's news, we now have a large number of taxi drivers on strike at the Brisbane Airport, protesting about being sick of being victims of police violence. WOW.
@kitten123456779 Well if enough people make noise, the police can't shut them up and something will have to be done. That's why freedom of speech is soooooo important. Great reporting; now link to this from your facebook page.
