I'd say they do perform very similar dross pumped out by the record industry. Switch on T4 and you will see any number of musicians that can't play their instruments to any decent level with the usual gimmicks of weak synths and lackluster singing. Also, blogs that flippantly throw ignorant opinions on issues like the Mcann's are utterly despicable.
Hello Wembley sound like a pissed off Art Brut, which would be a good thing except Alex Waring lacks the vulnerability which makes Eddie Argos' lovable - replacing it with pretentious preaching and posing. They're a marmite band - love them or hate them - I know which side I'm on.
