  • I went in 2007 and 2008 but unfortunately haven't been able to go since. It was an amazing experience to be a part of. It's not just a stance against abortion, but even more so, it's a celebration of LIFE!

  • VERY well done and classy video. BRAVO! It's time America wake up and see that the MEDIA elite have been DECEIVING US ALL FOR DECADES! DECADES! Take back America for your families from the liberal hedonists. Failure to report a march on this scale of effort is like missing the shot heard round the world at the opening of the American Revolution.

  • Well it wasn't mentioned in the New York Times, so I don't believe it really happened.

    ;-)

  • I just cannot believe this was completely BLACKED OUT and IGNORED by the media! What is going on with this nation???? This is 2012, not the communist era when the gov't dictated what people would hear.

  • Fantastic representation of the March for Life. Did you do another for 2012?

  • @EP19840713 No, unfortunately we were not able to do a time lapse this year.

  • I was there. Roman Catholic Archdiosese of Boston. Velsignet være liv!!! (Blessed Be Life)

  • We're the big yellow group at 0:33

The march was so much fun!

Babies Make the world go round!!!!!!

  • Congratulations! I came from France; in Paris, there were only 40 000 people for March for life 2011. But we were 20 000 people in 2010; may be 60 000 in 2012?

  • WOW, there must have been at least 30 people! /SARC

  • :33 THATS US WITH THE YELLOW LIFE BALLOONS!!! WOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!

  • Alright, that's just an awesome time lapse video. People just keep streaming past, again and again and again. It's interesting. I enjoy time lapses.

(im borderline on abortion, for those who care)

  • oh i see, we cant comment here unless it follows the poster's views...

  • I was there too! It's important to tell people of our travels, and stop this brainwashing that's killing tiny bodies in America.

  • I'm in there somewhere!!!

  • I saw your camera while marching... I pent the past 1/2 hour trying to find myself passing by...

  • I'm in there somewhere!

  • It's not just a "few thousand people". This is like half a MILLION! It's growing, and will grow more!!

  • @cellostar13 That was not close to half a million.

  • @eatbetter Really? Did you count them? Your denial is breathtaking.

  • Yes the mainstream media completely ignores this Peaceful March For Life showing especially now all the young people in the thousands coming to show their loving courageous support for the unborn babies so innocent & helpless against the lies of abortion. Back in the 90's the mainstream media would try & scare people from going saying there was violence. Well I finally got up the courage to go. I found out for the first time how our mainstream media lies & how liberal they are. Now I watch EWTN.

  • This is AMAZING! I love watching the stop light in the back ground go red, green, red, green, red, green!

  • Best thing we can do is a nation is support the Libertarian party for smaller government and encourage Libertarian-leaning state representatives to nullify the Supreme Court decision in their states so that we stand where we did before it was even a national issue. The Government shouldn't control what goes in/out of our bodies. I think the case and point is Republicans have been in office 20 of the 36 years that have passed since RvW made abortion legal, and have not really listented to us.

  • @f00dl3

From what I have heard from members of the Libertarian Party they take no position in their party platform on abortion. They explain to me that abortion is legal as decided by the Supreme Court as a woman's right. So some Libertarians may oppose abortion but as a party they Do NOT.

Aside from that, it was a great turnout. I just wish more marchers would make it a point to visit their legislators while they are there, especially if their Reps. and Sen's. are pro-abortion.

  • i like the way the music goes with the video - good job Friars! Ave Maria!

  • Did I see a stuffed Elmo?

  • Yay! Wish I could be there! My friend and I went to the one in San Francisco on Jan. 22. :)

  • One of the most amazing days of my life, deffinately and eye opener. <3

  • At what point did the actual street-wide banner go through? This year somebody jumped the gun and a whole bunch of people preceeded the banner which is suppoed to be at the head of the march. It would be interesting to know how many people were pre-marching.

  • Abortion is mean.

  • Thank you marchers!

  • To God be all the Glory! Thank you! I wonder how many would march across the Nation? Imagine, every "county/parish" seat having simultaneous walks?

  • Beautiful

  • The largest march ever completely ignored by the mainstream media.

  • @MGR1900 i wouldn't worry too much about that - seems like more and more people are calling it the LAME-stream media. And anyway God sees what's happening he doesn't have to watch any media :-) It's true the media is supposed to inform people and they're not doing their job but hey we know what we did and how many of us were there. And anyway we can read other news sources nowadays online - and we probably should! Praising God for the increasing number of heroic pro-Life regular folks.

  • @MGR1900 that is sad. Only place of the March I saw on TV was EWTN.

  • @MGR1900 Estimates of 400,000 people this year and yet we are ignored. We have to keep it up, and spread it around!

  • @MGR1900 I agree!!!!! Occupy Wall Street had about a thousand and they had so much media coverage. Last year there was like 400,000 of us and we don't get mentioned at all!!!!!

  • Ok, that's twice as long as when I timed it, back around 1993 or '94. Then it was 46 minutes.

  • What a great March for life, I was there so I should know! In fact I even saw a Fransiscan while I was waiting for the march to start......

  • @DAAVEED1590

    Just one? ;)
