if training str here and you dont have bandos, use sarasword+void+fury+zerker+fir­e cape+bunyip and guthans and you will get around 130k+ xp per hour. Thats what i use atm cuz im 10m from bandos+ss :( gl hope my info helped reply to me saying if it did or didnt.
