Sorry dude... I haven't had this setup in about 2 years LOL. Check around though, there are plenty of clips of Machs/Cobras with the MAC catback and catted x-pipe.

I guess it sounds ok. I don't really get the appeal of Mac mufflers. They don't seem to have much of a signature sound like Bassani or Flowmaster or Borla.

Flowmaster basically copied the Mac Flowpaths when they made the super 44's.

Who's comparing? I'm just saying there is nothing special about the MAC sound. There's no signature tone that I can tell. It might as well be the stock mufflers.

There is something special about the Mac sound. It sounds like the exhaust is going through barrel that is underwater. no other exhaust sounds quite like it. Listen closely and you'll see what I mean.

since when does stock exhaust sound like that and flow masters, everyone uses it, its fuckin stupid to me mac catback sounds better than flowmaster and slp borla and bassani are better but not by much

I will agree that the Mac mufflers sound good. The more sound clips I hear with them, the more I like them.

I have longtubes and a o/r VRS x-pipe waiting to be installed and I will most likely be going back to MAC or Flows!

I see you share my same problem of the missaligned pipes. The natural enemy of mac catbacks. But it's a good thing we didn't buy these for their look. GREAT SOUND!

whats the model number on the super 44's you got. I got a 03 mach with kooks lt's and offroad x pipe with magnaflows. i dont like the magnaflows, too quiet!!!!

well i decided to go with a o/r prochamber and flowmaster super 40's. i fell in love with the sound. im hoping with the super 40's, prochamber, k/n CAI and a tune ill be over 300 at the wheels. im looking for some shorty headers for my mach with no success you know of any?
