PPL, seriously! The graphics look fine to me! Be smart and wait till the game actually comes out, then make ur opinion. I can't wait until it comes out, but my only concern is how the sims look a little too cartoonish, unlike sims 2 where they looked more realistic (if you had custom content), but you know I'll just have to get over it cuz other than that, the game looks absolutely amazing! All the things we could't do on sims2, we can do now on sims3!

Also, don't forget the repetition effect. If they used real words, after one extended session of playing the game, you'd have heard every single sound byte they made. So every time you play from there on, which for this game is a huge amount of actual time, you would have to listen to the same stuff over and over. Like announcers during sports games, except more difficult to tune out because the conversations are more of a focus point in the Sims.

Actually these graphics aren't that good at all. Even if they want a cartoonish look, it doesn't mean they have to use low-resolution textures, low poly characters etc. I'm guessing the lower graphics is deliberate though to be able to reach a wider audience.

This game looks brilliant! But its kind of annoying that the university, nightlife, open for business, pets, seasons, bon voyage, free time and apartment life aren't been integrated into this game! That means that the expansion packs for Sims 3 will be too similar to the Sims 2 games! I'm also annoyed that there's only 1 neihbourhood (though it is very big) and you can't see your Sims at work!
