You got it wrong, the Robin with the curls & angry face is Dick Grayson. If you're gonna do an action figure review, get the facts straight. The version with his hair parted to the side is also Dick Grayson. That hair style was used on Robin even before the comics put Jason in the storyline. You did get the Tim figure right. The costume on Dick Grayson was the one he used as an acrobat. His family died wile wearing the same costume. It's worn as a tribute to them.

@sicshockblazt first there was dick grayson (robin 1) but eventually he got to old and became nightwing, then jason todd was robin (batman got him off the streets and fixed his life) but joker killed him. Tim drake was robin 3, stepahnie brown (tim drakes girlfriend) was robin for a while when tim was away, and now Damian Wayne (batmans son) has taken over as robin, as when bruce went missing, tim gave up as robin. And in the dark knight returns graphic novel carrie kelly (girl) was robin.

actually the variant is not jason todd, the variant is how artist drew him in his early adventures, while the normal figure is the late drawings of robin

the jason todd head looks more like the classic from the the tv show in the 60's while the dick grayson is from the 80's show

Actually, the variant head is based on Dick Grayson, his first appearances with that mask that went all the way around. But you're right in saying that most people will use this as Jason Todd, as that was probably intended. The reason he was sculpted to be that angry was probably to kill 3 birds with one stone (lolbirds) because there would be no other way to get a Jason Todd Robin. So what do you do? make a variant head that can be 40s Robin or Jason Todd!
