It isn't a Glenn Campbell song. It was Nilson. Maybe Glenn Campbell covered it, but I have never heard that.

This is my fav. live version of Everybody's Talkin', great as grape. Second only to Nilsson, sorry Fred Neil. Only 1,000 views is surprising.
