i believe all his numbers are achievable naturally......and for whatever reason i do just get the vibe that this dude is completly clean......i find his vids very inspirational.....good stuff.......raw and natural is the only wayto go
@iron1600 Thanks, It's legit. He's my cousin. He's a freak to begin with, but hasn't missed many workouts in like 12 years. And hasn't missed many of his walmart protein shakes at night either. That's the only thing besides just food he uses. I put a video of him up doin 545 recently. And he recently squatted 705 belt only.
@cocheran yea man........im a 3rd year powerlifter and use the walmart protien myself.....and a scoop of optimum nutrition creatine in gatorade.........people just read, think, and talk too much......i eat when im hungry and went from 199 lbs to 242 in 3 years using very consistant training, and smart training....im a 415 lb bencher.....645 lb squatter and 600 lb deadlifter......and i always get the steroid comments myself....to the haters......stop typing and start lifting...
For sure that's why I put gym lift :) but since then he has bounced 540 and paused 515. He's back down to about 525. Goes up and down in cycles. Never taken anything. Doesn't even take any supplements. His ultimate goal is to one day do 600.
