Ruddy annoying bug, Used /stuck and quick travel to try and fix it, both failed.
Quit the game and left it overnight - coincedentally patch day. Fixed it once i got back on.
Possible fix, logout and then log back in on another character, then relog on your inf cc'ed char.
or wait for server maintenance >.>
