Also, Sims 2 was pretty much communist without the Open for Business expansion pack, because private property was restricted only to housing, and every economic building (shops, restaurants, bars, spa etc) in the game was listed as "public property" or "community" which couldn't be bought by individuals. That's a socialist planned economy, comrade!

Man, this trailer makes the game look so bad ass... sorry to tell you folks it's different once it starts going. See those cool military parades? Fiestas? They don't exist. It's a city builder with some unique political aspects involved that gets boring within a few days. I'm hoping the next tropico has the option to say, attack other countries? Or maybe, be able to actually do what's seen in the trailer?

@FMA1109 Rebels in Cars are not in the game, as like many other Animations seen in this Trailer, but to the Soldiers, when you activate Your Avatar and send him to an Army Base, then he will give a Soldier a Medal.

the other factions also give you the same amount of aid even if you deide to piss both ussr and us off with economic problems, you can still manage aruond with corporations like fruites ltd and the coffee one. it varies in other kinds of things, specially diplomacy and what the people see as important.
