It is interesting that the speaker says that he tries to lead a "good" life or words to that effect, yet he can only define the "good" as what works for society----21st Century shades of Bentham? Of course, utilitarianism never really took off in the intellecutal community. Second mistake is assuming that Christians act morally based solely on the a systems of rewards and punishments. I suggest that the speaker read through the Pauline epsitles for a more balanced view.
