Hopefully I can start filming it in the next couple of weeks. I really dig animating but it sure is time consuming. This movie is only going to be about two minutes long but will probably take a month to shoot. Hopefully I'll get more efficient with experience. Thanks again for taking the time to check this out.

Thanks a lot! I'm working on a film that actually has a story (instead of just a music video). So far I've just done the story boards, made the puppets (this guy's in it but I had to rebuild his armature) and built most of the set.
Thanks! I did the head thing by sticking the head on a coathanger wire with a wad of clay and then photoshopping the wire out of the frames that it was in. It was actually a lot less work than you would think. There were only about a dozen frames with the wire in them.
heh i was doing stop motion today with my new cam and tripod/gorillapod. mine are about 5-20 seconds long. XD great job!

Glad you enjoyed it! I used Boinx iStopMotion. I'm pretty sure it's Mac only. I love it. It's got some great features and it was only about $40.00.
