I'll never understand why critics hated this movie (espechially the Nostalgia Critic, I usually agree with his reviews...except Ferngully, but that film did have flaws so I let that go). This was my favorite movie as a kid and it's one of my favorites now. This movie is wonderful.

Apparently, the reason they have the "Looney Tunes" characters recommending the film is because it wasn't recommended by any real-life critics.

Roger ebert did get around to reviewing it on his blog. He praised the character of garrett but didn't like the plot or the other characters.
