I don't know if you are aware of this, many aren't: Buzz gets LIFE LONG use of the CAW cottage on Lake Huron. This is not the resort/conferance centre they run. The CAW actually owns a cottage. As well, they own several townhouses in the GTA - Brampton and Mississauga. I suspect that Buzz lives cheap/free in one of these town houses.

I guess that you're right. I'm sorry. I'm sure that Buzz is a decent guy, but having power and authority can change a man's attitude. I've seen guy's I've known from 'the line' at Chrysler who are 'good people' but have let their positions as uniion reps get to their head. Buzz did a lot of good things in his life. Some people simply think that he's changed over the years. The CAW will likely never have a leader quite as interesting and charismatic as Buzz. I wish him luck.
The vulgarity was intended to be entertaining. The little "masterpiece" was created during a lull in production on the 'final line' (can't say where for obvious reasons). I wasn't laid off, but many friends were. I'm sickened that 'our friend Buzz' did not organize MASS RALLYS of 100,000+ CAW and other union members to march on Parliament Hill in Ottawa or Queen's Park to make our plight clear to our elected officials. It would seem that Buzz and friends have given up on the auto sector. Sad.
