Thanks for the demonstration! As you've observed, the grass looks a little pale... you can use your dried juicer pulp as a compost supplement to your soil. Sunlight helps too :) Ciao!
great juicer! i plan on using my vitamix and using a nutmilk bag. Then add a whole bunch of fruits. Kind of like a green smoothie except there's no wheatgrass pulp.:)
I love mu Hurom! I have no problems with celery. You must be doing something wrong. Nice video though. BTW do not throw foam. Applay it to the ace. Excellent for skin. :)
I've only had wheatgrass once in my life at The Wheatgrass Center in Kaimuki, Oahu, Hawaii and it was very sweet. So sweet that I thought that it could be juiced with other vegetables to add a bit of sweetness. I ordered a Hurom juicer like yours a few days ago on the internet. Can't wait for it to arrive. I enjoyed your video!
Thank you for this vid..and yes I do want to know more about the hurom..I cannot even juice half my stuff in my juicer..but....it helps a littttle..gonna buy myself something reallllly good the next time..hahah..Maybe Breville.....or hurom...who knows..
@Averil07111 I love my Hurom, that being said. there is always a better juicer out there. I have very few complaints and i learn new things all the time. For instance the Hurom is so much happier when you cut up the celery. I started out with a used juiceman jr. and it did the job until I got the Hurom.
Okay-I am the laziest farmer/gardener there is. I watered it after I put the berries on the soil, then i covered them with foil and did not look at it for 3 whole days. After I uncovered it I only remembered to water it possibly every other day, adn just a sprinkle at that. and still I grew incredibly lush beautiful wheat grass, I am amazed. Of course i needed to juice it three days before I actaully did, but hte mood just didn't strike until today.
Thank you for sharing your vid. The comparisons were very informative. Now that I've read belact's comment... what was your watering schedule and sunlight exposure? I am definitely going to give this a whirl...
It is so nauseating to me even to smell the wheat grass juice. I literally gag on it. You are lulucky that you can drink this stuff. After you planted the berries did you water it everyday? When I planted it last time the mold started to appear on some parts of the berries. I am wondering if I over watered it.
Barleygrass juice is not nice.

Wheatgrass tastes AMAZING !!
And best to juice in the Hurom when you cut it up, not inserting full blades as it can block.

Any knowledgeable raw vegan (juice drinkers) please respond:
1. If I only juice, what quantity of juice do I need per day? And what is the optimal % of fruit and and what % veg?
2. If I don't juice, what quantity of fruits and vegs do I need per day by weight? I assume the same % between fruit and veg applies, thanks.
