Just a tip, the Lumbrudge cows are annoying because lots of people train on them, use the Crafting Guild ones. And I think I might convert this guide to text for my own use. Another tip:

Once lvl 40, I suggest cashing in for members, you get a lot of other resources.

roflmao!! ok i have 60 range and when i got from 1-40 i started with 1k iron arrowz and just trained on minitours or w/e the h3ll there called and since they drop iron arrowz that helps out with the cash oh and cows is for melee and making cash cuz of the cowhides but its crap money i can make alot more with 1k red spider eggs it takes less time and is more cash!!!!!!!!

Yup that's a good point u make there. Minotaurs are the best to train on in the beginning and when you have not much money yet. Since they drop the iron arrows it's great.

About making cash: Go to varrock and mine clay, then go to the town center and make soft clay out of it. Then trade it on the grand exchange. 300ea! In less than 5 minutes you can have 6000 coins.

also best monsters to train are,fire giants,moss giants,white knights,lesser demons,and those wizards near the air alter in fally amazing xp and for the moss giants,fire giants and lesser domon both amazing xp and good drops

pretty kol i trained on lvl 82 lessers up to lvl 40-50 after i used red dragons,blue, or black to lvl 50-70 after dat just try to train if u want in castle wars and have fun too but i trained on pest control and mithril dragons also try training in fight cave

lol 1-20, kill goblins or the giant rats at port sarim, very easily leveling. 20-55, minotaurs. 55+ u can choose from hopgoblins, lessers, mosses, or ice giants. 70+ catablepons, greaters, ankous... for f2p ofcourse. =)

yea its good, but i prefer to just train on cows till im 20, use a willow short on barbarians in barb village then at 30 just use maple short on them till 40...but thats just me lol

this will sound nooby but i trained range from 25 - lvl 47 range at arbarian place then from 47 - lvl 67 and lvl 22 flaldor guards lol then i trained on hill giants til 72 range

at 11 range, i would prefer 2 go to the cows next 2 the crafting guild because ppl RARELY go there, so just range them inside the fence, because they dont hit good and u barely need 2 eat (i have 1 def)

also, u can get the dhides they drop, easily if u need some cash(just bank in fally)

However i would do this:

1-10 Goblins

10-20 Cows

20-30 scorpions at al kharid.

30-40 Hill giants

I just did that on my brand new ranged pure and got lvl 40 ranged in 1-2 days..

But your way work very well too.
