140ft? thats about 43m yeah. When I did my guide course they made us go off a 60m (198ft) cliff as begginers Then it was 80m and 120m. Not as big as table mt sth africa but fun all the same.

Thanks for sharing this video. The one I took of someone in our party wasn't that good as I used my mobile phone. It's great to be able to see the descent in better quality :)

It is a cool vid :) You don't really need gloves. I did that same descent about 4 years ago and though it was cold, I felt gloves were restrictive. I needed to be able to feel what I was doing. I've rock climbed on artificial walls without gloves and couldn't imagine wearing them. Luckily it was optional although admittedly it was cold!
