Yeah, I didn't appreciate locking before but overtime I started to like it.

yeah i think id be the same way. But still locking by itself seems to lack the flare that other styles or even combined styles have. You know what i mean. Not that lockers arent good, and that it needs a lot of practice. I just feel that alone it isnt as appealing. No offence to lockers out there. Just my opinion. Please do correct me though. I would like to see the better aspects of locking

I feel you. It's this one vid I was trying to find for you. They are poping and locking. It's like four asian guys. They're excellent.

oh awesome... yeah ive seen some really good lockers who can pop. Typically when people say they pop and lock they really only do one or the other. Personally Im trying to get down both, but popping primarily. Like there are so many more styles other than poping and locking. Trying searching a popper named Onion. He combines a lot of stuff.

well locking may not be as flashy as Popping and Breaking . but locking does have its line of history and it was important for the Poppers and the Breakers out there. locking in what i believe is meant to have fun with. do move in a way that you enjoy. not for publicity.

popping and breaking are yes very fun in deed. but how often do u see a popper or a breaker smiling ? and you may or may not know. some lockers smile to show there character as a Locker. but the appealing of the styles differs from different people. i myself am a Locker/Popper/Breaker. and out of these three styles. i enjoy locking the most.

Haha smiling. Well i do see your point that locking is more for ones enjoyment which is true. I have nothing really against it, it is more of an expressive form of dance. And i suppose poppers and breaks dont smile as much becuase well at least when i do it, i need to focus on my body movements. Locking is really lose unlike popping which is rigid needing more focus in a sense. IMO i feel that popping follows the beat more, but that agian is just my opinion.

yeah haha what i said was just my opinion too. whether true or not. i still love it haha. and btw. locking is better off dancing to Funk such as the Godfather Of Soul James Brown. i get really hyped up when i hear funk. i just gotta get up and get down and funky when i hear the music.

hahaha. Yeah Locking is really nice for people who can be really loose and energetic. Everyone has their own styles. What i really like seeing is when people mix things together. Now thats entertaining =)

what i believe is that the Expression Crew of Korea truly showed everyone an example of Art. they mixed in marionette with Breaking and they executed it so well. if u havent seen it yet its Expression Crews Marionette Show. really good. inspiring
