Music that speaks to you're very soul, whatever lies in you're core. It is very rare for music to have this true sort of timeless effect in my opinion, and I will always be thankful for discovering this amazing artist. Pink Floyd represented a particular feel, as did King Crimson and others from the the same time. It's good to see that the feel is universal and still finds expression today such as in some works of Sakamoto.... I can't help listening to this piece over and over again....And keep coming back to that cycle a few times a year.

I cannot get this collaboration of sound out of my head, everyday I try and listen to figure it out. Emotions and Memories run high as the vocals reach your ears, your body turns numb as the deft piano and guitar/bass take your hold. I am very glad this was the first track I heard from Mr. Sakamoto.

You have to put the Floyds in the time when they were making their magic... Half a century ago... When Sakamoto was just a speckled teenager... Don't get me wrong I deeply respect both Mr. Sakamoto and Mr. Sylvian, I just wondered how could someone say that everyone is better than Pink Floyd...

@yokozuna021 Hey, bit of an exaggeration I admit! But you need to remember that PF are not universally liked, nor are any band! In the late 70s/early 80s among punk & postpunk people, they were disliked a lot, tho I'm not one to care what anyone else says, I make up my own mind, as should we all. I've heard about 60% of PF's output so far and only album I really like is the unpopular Final Cut! As pre-punk / 70s / prog bands go, I much prefer 70s Genesis and ELP. Cheers and have a good one.
