Im the owner of the first clip and here is how I did it even though some people have already explained it. You Shoot all the bullets out of the right pistol (deagal or magnum. Nothing else works) and then hold RB,Y, RT and it should spray fast aF.

Guys in the mw2 clip the guy doesn't have a mod there's a glitch with akimbo desert eagles, you keep 1 bullet in the right desert eagle and then have full ammo in the left one then you hold Y or Triangle while shooting only the left desert eagle, when you do that you get a rapid fire desert eagle. Don't say stuff you don't know about.
