@100yourmyeverything It looks like her roots are showing a bit...so I'm gonna say no, my hair is a bit lighter than that right now just dye your hair the lightest blonde you can find every 3 months and eventually it should get to your desired colour...do NOT bleach your hair though, it kills it majorly and it will fall out insainly, if you are wondering what a good brand is I just use Colorsilk...its about $3 cheap and really good :]
