  • I don't like the roaring sound it makes, it makes the War bird sound as if it is going to loss power and die off. With the prop flying off into the field somewhere behind the grassy area... I will say on a good note from viewing here. I did like the awesome flying skills..

  • shove a go pro in there plz

  • get a radar gun

  • Well done! I am really impressed about your video. Thank you for your sharing!

  • sounds awesome>!

  • That's mighty fast for that size and weight of the plane, but it's not 140mph. On a speed pitch calculator, with a 12 pitch prop on that Hacker motor at 100% efficiency, the top speed is 110 mph. That must be some tail wind on that plane. It's fast, but not 140 mph fast. There are planes that actually go 150 mph fast at our airfield and the passes are a lot faster than this mustang.

  • @pixelzpusher

i wonder how long the typical electric prop driven rc can stay in the air before the battery drains

  • @robocong7420 NOT LONG

  • NICE flight man!!! super smooth plane and flight! i think ill throw my lipos on the charger now! XD

  • how much did that cost

  • I tell people my P51 goes 150mph and they don't believe me!! Until they see it! Awesome plane that electric sounds good too! That's a hot landing! The mustang is tough to land when it's heavy like that, great pilot skills.

  • Excellent engineering, great piloting.....WELL DONE !!

  • beautiful, what is the prop dimensions?

  • @karcherchristopher 20-12 carbon tacked out in the high 8s on the ground(close to 10,000 in the air)

  • I'm doing the same setup with mine. Any pics of your battery install? Thanks!

  • @tulz43 Dont have any pics to share. The plane is close to 30lbs.Can you believe it? Wing loading must be very high. Landings have to be little hot. The batteries set in through a hatch on top I cut in right on the CG. There is four 6cell 5000 standing on end right on the CG. Very easy to change batteries and they fit perfect from the the top of the wing up to the skin of the hatch I hope this helps

  • Thats is a fantastic Stang! Gosh it sounds great ! Far better than a DA / 3W PP ! Go epower !![

  • I'd love to know what set-up you have. Motor type, ESC, prop, pack size and C rating, etc. It's a beautiful and great flying mustang!

  • @Rollover0105 Hacker A-80-8 Motor, Castle 140 AMP HV ESC, 12 cell 2P(4-6cell packs 5000mAh each) 10,000mAh with a run time 10min. +(turingy 40-50C work perfect)

  • Damn,,, that propeller is ripping it.

  • lame....too quiet....for crying outloud a P51 needs a screamin loud 4-stroker...nothing else!!!

  • @puerco911 This set up is close to 10,000 RPM so get some volume on it!!!!

  • Very nice!! What motor, propeller and battery do you have in this plane, please tell me!!

  • nice video, plane, and location!

  • very nice did anyone get a radar gun on it ? it sure looks fast
