Flemish is actually a Dutch dialect spoken in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium and traditionally in the North-West part of France. Walloon is the Belgium French dialect :)

this show has dropped a couple levels. the intellectual side has been outweighed by the frantic and quite desperate attempts to get unfunny jokes out. they need to restore that balance.

Well I mean...this whole show kind of does the whole "fact" thing. They're all just funny. I don't get the whole French vs. English thing (Don't get me wrong, I know their history), but...is that like the only reason you had to look everything up? Just because of this English disagreement or something?

Maybe I'd understand it better if I had a country nearby to hate. But hey, everyone hates us, including me, so I guess that makes up for it.

Never heard of Flanders? Flanders and a part of France used to form a region called Brabant. Flemish is a dialect categorised under Dutch (Nederlands) and influenced by German (Nederdietsch) and French. Wallonië was created only later on.
