Registeel is just awesome, thats the main reason :p, I think it should be uber, smoogom tiers are silly.

the reason why it is NOT ou or uber is because the lack of instant recovery, it cant heal itself, and is easily worn down, and it has a low base HP

the only way it can do such thing is rest, and it takes up 2 turns of sleep, and 2 moveslots with sleep talk, it will barely do anything besides low damage...

it has generally other things to do than to rest-talk and repeat the same support moves/weak attacks...
