  • The Indian guy is absolutely right. Residential RE is an appalling investment right now. The other two are just selling. The key to future investments is following Ben's helicopter. Why buy residential RE in a period of deflation, high and increasing unemployment? After ARMs readjust and when interest rates begin to rise and we start to suffer Ben's handiwork with serious inflation, then, perhaps, R RE would be a wise investment. Buy farm land instead.
