What would happen if nobody paid their road tax or registered their car - you would not be ever sure if the car was stolen or not. My childs Certificate of Birth and the second document a Certified Copy of an entry Pursuant to the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1953 doesnt mention GRO or the Declaration John mentions at the bottom. It does say INFORMANT who is my wife, but none of the rest. I checked United Kingdom Corporation LTD on Companies House and it is a dissolved company as of last year. I guess the birth certificate requirements may have changed. This sort of thing seems to happen at the whim of their issuers. I guess the dissolution of UK Govt. What would happen if nobody paid their road tax or registered their car - you would not be ever sure if the car was stolen or not. the tax doesnt pay for any of that, it goes toward paying off the debt the government owes. It does nothing to contribute to public services, as those are listed as corporations, hence they are making a profit

My childs Certificate of Birth and the second document a Certified Copy of an entry Pursuant to the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1953 doesnt mention GRO or the Declaration John mentions at the bottom. It does say INFORMANT who is my wife, but none of the rest. I checked United Kingdom Corporation LTD on Companies House and it is a dissolved company as of last year. Couldnt find United Kingdom Corporation PLC. Could only find LABOUR PARTY NOMINEES LIMITED to do with Labour. Any help?

I guess the birth certificate requirements may have changed. This sort of thing seems to happen at the whim of their issuers. I guess the dissolution of UK Govt. Ltd was as a result of the EU legislation (can't remember the name) last year. Remember at the time we learned that it was the final usurpation by the EU. Maybe we missed the boat on this whole thing? Maybe we still have a chance before the Lisbon Treaty is ratified (Irish vote next month)?

But I believe the functions of government are. He also takes some dubious examples of persons trading as Gordon Brown or David Cameron and assumes these must be one and the same as their government counterparts. though still far from perfect. The best commentator on such matters, albeit for the somewhat different law and legal system of Canada, is Robert Menard. Canada, as all the English-speaking countries, still has a common law tradition, and much of what applies there applies here, though obviously not the stuff relating to their republic. I would highly recommend you view his presentations.

It's quite simple: A Human Being, than it goes into discussing the various types of human beings. The issue becomes, not one of these persons can do anything without the human being. No Person and the Human being can sign an agreement at the same time. Look to the capability of action, word, signature. Which of the additional persons can act without the human being, thus, they are only real when the human "consent's" to make them so. This proves they are unreal, fictitious or corporate.

What we need to do is to reverse a brain-washing process - the implanting of commands, through the hijacking of words.

A law is a law because it is not negotiable.
Gravity is a law. A court can not decide on law.
What it can is issue commands - backed by the exploitation of real laws - such as pain -to force standardized thinking patterns.

Tax really pisses me off, we need to kick up a fuss about this cause I can't take this country much longer the way it's heading.
Were being taxed so badly, people COINCIDENTALLY just make enough to make it through the day, make just enough to buy food, pay bills and run the cost of their daily lives etc....

There are different types of laws that are applicable to different people. Common law governs men/women to not "cause harm or loss". Government Statute is a fiction that only applies if you agree to it. Why? Well most of the statutes infringe common law! (He is still state chief but allegedly without power). Yet on our bills the king's name is omitted and instead it says The National/Kingdom Bank (Riksbanken). John is not 100% accurate here. Parents do not OWN their children, thus they cannot transfer ownership (this would be obvious trafficing in human life). All they do is create a legal fiction recognized as the child's name when they sign the birth certificate.
All parents need to do is stop using this government document. When I'm asked in court about my birth certificate, I respond with "I'm not aware that I have such a document."

The system is all about self incrimination. Judges and prosecutors will constantly ask you about your birth certificate. The second you admit you have one, then you DO and now they have jurisdiction. If you admit you have a SSN, then you do.
I would recommend listening to Eric Whoru on Talkshoe. He is on 4 nights a week. He has mastered this as every time he goes to court (tax, criminal, traffic, etc.) he walks out with no charges. He is truly free!

John is dead right with a slight modification. The birth certificate is NOT the registration of the PERSON. It is the registration of an EVENT. The contract is not the document. The contract occurs when you reach the age to consent to contract, and APPLY for a BENEFIT. The benefit is the CONSIDERATION that binds you into the contract. Quid pro quo. Long before we had paper and literacy we had the PLEDGE and that was control measure. " your word( Or action) is your bond ". Not a document .

100% correct. However, you have the legal authority and right to petition a contract at any time. For example, let's say that someone submits a W-2 on your behalf alleging that you earned income. This is because you signed a W-4 at some point, giving your name, address, etc. and entering a contract. YET you can contest the W-2 with a Form 4852 correcting the amount of your income to $0, assuming you had no income, of course, thereby nullifying any tax liability. Same goes for all contracts.

Remember, contracts based on fraud are not valid. Where have you ever seen the terms and conditions associated with being a citizen, thus granting them Political Jurisdiction?
All this stuff, Birth Certificates, Drivers Licenses, Social Security #s are all based on "Fraud in the Inducement" (google this). Thus, they are not valid.
The deception is nobody ever calls this out in court. They must keep it hidden or everyone would set themselves free.

this is good stuff but some is confusing. I wonder, if we didn't register our cars and someone stole it, how can we lawfully claim it? There would be no proof that is our car and not the person who stole it.

You can make a Notice and Claim in the form of an affidavit and get the seal of a Notary Public (Public Notary). He/she can hold it on record.
In addition to writing, maybe you could take some photos and embed it or label the car and various unique features in writing.
Make sure you get the full Legal Title when you get it, from the M.S.O. (Manufacturer's Status of Origin) - not a certificate of registration.
Registering anything surrenders it and you only get an Equitable Title in return.
