At college the other day I over heard a guy with tattoos all over his neck, huge holes in his ear lobe, and dressed like a bum complain that nobody would hire him. I asked did he dress like that to the interview. He said yes, he should not have to change the way he dressed for a job. This is the attitude of all of these people. Some where they got the idea people owe them a job and that they should not have to act or dress a certain way to get it.

Secondly he probably doesn't think that people owe him a job, he probably thinks, rightfully so, that you should be able to get a job because of your capabilities not because of the way you look.
