How about some support from YouTube and Google in dealing with record labels and publishing houses? There needs to be support for all the independent movie makers like myself in getting music licensed for our work. As it stands, they aren't interested in my money. As much I read in the news about the music industry being upset about getting their money in these days of the internet, you'd think someone honestly trying to do the right thing could get some service when they're trying to pay for it

Beware of the lure of AdSense... They will jack you as soon as you get started, no explanation, no communication and most of all, not worth the money you will get for showing your content. Save yourself and everyone watching your videos some time and find another source of revenue!

Create original and interesting content.

Update your channel with new content often.

Create an update schedule and follow it.
