  • Becareful with this video. Someone in politics may Identify you as one which followed the teachings of Radicals. Some thought Huxley and the Huxley Family were dangerously Radical to society. This is what Sarah Palin just said today (2012/Mar/09) about Obama's relationship with Derrick Bell while he was a student of his in college 20 years ago.

  • This movie is horrible! Nothing like the book.

  • Jon was born in the wrong time.

  • The movie "Equilibrium" is the best version in my opinion.

  • but its like america is kinda like this or is heading towards this way! LOL

  • 18:24 what is the problem you are from the brave new world

  • 14:09 not much of an utopia if people are nevertheless depressed

  • got to say the book is way better than the movie

  • This could be the world 100 years from now.

  • Thanx for posting!!! Awsome movie!!!!

  • It would be nice, like in this movie, if we have place to get away, but we dont. We are dumbed to stay living in simular society as presented if we dont act immediately, try with Ron Paul we have nothing to lose, seriously.

  • read somewhere that Ridley Scott is doing his take on the book with DiCaprio. You know that will turn out great.

  • This book is so gay must watch movie for English class

  • have to read this book in class its so fucking gay

  • @conn0r1994 then you sir, are brainless

  • @GriMJiM6

    notasinglefuckisgiven/10

  • The ONLY good thing in this "film" was Leonard Nimoy.

A terrible take, on a fantastic book.

  • On the one hand, this film reflects present society better than the version from 1980. But its to ...unprecise. If you have read the book, the 1980s version is quite good. but this is not Brave new world as written and imagined by Aldous Huxley. You can't expect to put such a complex issue into a one and a half hor film.

    Anyways, thaks for uploading.

  • Was this made for TV? Its still not to bad, but not as good as the 1980 version.

  • It's like they combined Henry Foster and Bernard Marx. Wtf?

  • What is wrong with film makers?! Why can't you just follow the text????

  • Why is the editing so bad in this movie? :[

  • HOLIday exist, but religion doesnt... wtf?

  • The one who made the film didn't understand the book.

  • @rumbabarumrum Nor did they understand editing... or cinematography.

  • They completely left out Helmholtz Watson...what is up with that?!?!

  • The book is much much better...but that goes for pretty much every movie adaptation haha but nonetheless not bad for what it is.

  • Except for some minor details, this movie conveys the idea of the novel rather well. Which is a rather rare thing regarding addaptations.

  • I'd love to live in a brave new world... As an alpha! Soma all day erry day

  • I don't understand people who become biased against the movie because it is not restricted to adapting to the movie scene to scene. It is an ADAPTATION of the novel, people. I thought it still had deep implications on our present society and the great influence that corporations wield on our thought processes. It was not amazing, but a nice, thought-provoking movie.

  • Absence of TRUTH is death, youtube 20 lies americans are told,30 little known facts about america, maritime admiralty law.

  • In the novel I think John hanged himself.

  • i thoght they were condishind not to like books

  • This has been confirmed to be base of what the powers to be want to do to us.

  • Bernard...sexy??? In the novel her is really short for his caste and Fanny tells Lenina off for having Henry Foster too much and that's why she gets with Bernard. Less than 10 minutes in and I am already annoyed. I just read this book for English class and loved how powerful it was! And it looks like they excluded the poor Epsilons from this adaptation too....

  • You' ve got to learn a lot about civilization John.

What ? The twin towers ? Ground zero ?

    Iracq ? Afghanistan ?

Sorry, but I prefer Shakespeare and Victor Hugo.

  • Modern Times or 1984 ?

  • Huxleys family were?are very involved with the illuminati and the eugenics movement

  • @cockadoodlewho Are Illuminati and eugenics realy bad?

  • Peter Gallagher as Bernard Marx? That was the worst film adaptation of a book ever.

Spoiler alert: at least half (more like most of) the s#!t in this movie has nothing to do with the original novel, just in case you kids were thinking of saving some reading time in anticipation of an upcoming book report.

  • It looks like the sex scenes were produced by Walt Disney. America is a sick country, The most brutal violence is depicted 24-7 but showing a woman's bare nipple is a crime. What bullshit!

  • @FunkMan53 ..agreed. i too think violence and drug use should be limited in film. nudity is far less offensive, and can be done artistically and without vulgarity.

  • Aldous Huxley not included.

  • I am sure there is soma in our drinking water already numbing us chemtrails have wilted our spidy senses WAKE UP and vote Ron Paul 2012

  • @buzzybert69 Kids are put on soma every day because they cannot stay seated in class or feel bad because they cannot spell at 18 yrs of age. Even kids in day care at the age of three are put on soma because they are too happy, which can be seen as mania thus giving them bipolar. Adults take soma too when they get depressed at being 300lbs over weight, but find it easier to eat out of a drive-thru than walk on treadmill.

  • The Jersey Shore is the new world order? A whole house ful of deltas.

  • the scene where they meet the outsiders is funny ! they are like playing music, and they are happy to not be a part of the one world order!

  • Can I buy Soma on the Internet?

  • @RudePoint ironically, yes - google carisoprodol

  • @veritaze Goodness I was only joking, not heard of carisoprodol over here, think I'll stick with Co-codamol don't like the sound of the withdrawal symptoms.

  • gay

  • I almost feel like this version is more conservative than the earlier BBC version. They try to make it look fresh by using words like 'promiscuity' and having people dress 'risky' at the party scene but if you look at the way they discuss the social orgies, etc... the old version is almost more graphic despite showing little.

  • nothing like the book.

  • This version of the book sucks but Leonard Nimoy fuckin' rocks!!!

  • "Work Earn Buy". Sounds like consumeristic America, right?

  • this is why right is wrong.

    same goes for you, America

  • This movie is pathetic, it's far from as good as the book is.

  • We don't have soma we have fluoride...

  • @soo6200

We have SOMA, it's called "anti-depressants". In fact I think there is a medication that has been produced by the FDA called Soma.

  • @Delisle4 - it wouldn't suprise me if you were right. The difference between anti depressants and fluoride is that anti depressants are optional whereas fluoride is administered forcibly (and illegally) wether you want it or not.

  • @soo6200 Actually the key ingredient in anti-depressants like prozac is fluoride.

  • @thinkingman07 - is right and also sarin nerve gas and most rat poisons not forgetting, of course, toothpaste.

  • @soo6200 you would not want a rat to eat your toothpaste now would you.

  • @thinkingman07 I did actually laugh out loud.

  • @Delisle4 ..got that right.

  • am I stupid or is this film awful? :/

  • After sixteen minutes i decided that this was a truly awful film...goodbye

  • I wondered where Leonard Nimoy had gone

  • @Charlie10765 He's living long and prospering. :)

  • loool, daniel dae kim :o

  • 1980s version is not better, New things are better than old things. :)

  • Well, it's still better than Equilibrium...

  • The NWO is much worser than the Brave new world!

  • @Naixism and it just keeps getting worser and worser...

  • i am lost for words, pretty scary stuff.

  • omg, unwatchable bullshit! stop watching this immeadiately and download the book instead.

  • Its like some yuppies from Beverly Hills crashed their helicopter into the Burning Man festival.

  • Lepiej przeczytać książkę;)

  • @hoorano Brave New World is a dystopia.

  • @X3RH0 thanks cap

  • A world where everyone has sex with multiple people and there's no bond between children and parents? Welcome to America...

  • @powerpunch180 Clever.

  • @powerpunch180

That's the irony and problem of these days - everyone was sooo preoccupied by Orwell's vision, that they mostly let even more terryfing one -Huxley's - slip into existance.

  • @powerpunch180 whatever, the problem is that in the US people are still very jealous and angry over owning other peoples sex. in brave new world the idea was to abolish strong emotions by non excusivity.. now we have multiple partners but expectations of exclusivity and everyone's dishonest about being attracted to other people. I think there should be some sort of balance.

  • @powerpunch180 Where in the US? I wanna go.

  • wow! this is funny! Libtard heven.HaHaHa

  • @TheJimmysloat This is based on a classic work of fiction. "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley, published in 1932. Please tell me you knew that....

  • @TheJimmysloat You do know this was cutting edge popular stuff at the turn of the century (1875-1950's) right? One thing leads to another...

  • Brave the New world order????......

  • Comment removed

  • those soma pills they take to not have emotions are just like in the movie ''equilibrium''

  • Comment removed

  • @fhab525 it's 1984. 1984 is a better movie, but A Brave New World in my opinion is a better book.

  • Remember the 80's and 90's? Men were told to get in touch'with their feminine side'. If they refused to go along..they were labeled neanderthals.

  • Oddly accurate. Take a good, honest look around you today.. I'll bet you've already seen parts of this movie played out in real life already..

  • This movie isn't exaggerated all that much beyond our modern status quo. The biggest difference is that they have more centralization. Consider their conditioning centres. We have our own portable ones that we carry everywhere, called smartphones. We've got bigger ones at home called TV's and Desktop Computers. The great thing is that while used for conditioning, they allow public access & can be used to spread knowledge & awareness as well. Push back the darkness!

  • That's the greatest movie i've seen in a long while. Unfortunatly, many won't understand it and we're moving faster and faster into exactly this "brave new world"

  • @MrPopular22 Are you suggesting that disco, big hair, goofy outfits, asinine and cheezy, smaltzy movies are going to make a comeback? Cool, I hated the 80's.

  • I have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and a perfect government that is organized through such means absolute heaven to me. Aseptic, white, clean, sanitized. The society, however, is so evil and I see how Huxley's prediction of the future is so "spot on". I'm just biased, however.

  • Darn this is to real.

  • Aldous Huxley was the man that introduced Psychadelic Mushrooms to Timothy Leary for the specific reason of subverting the Bible and its influences on the Spirit of Man's Consciousness. He hated the Bible and wanted to irradicate its influence so that Sexual promiscuity could enter into society and anything would go. We are almost there and it will destroy humanity. Jesus is the only way to be truly free! All sin enslaves the human soul and destroys love. God made us tobe with him.

  • @doobersmanster Here goes a little hole for your theory friend. "SEXUAL PROMISCUITY"; as if there is such a thing, was around WAY before the bible, Huxley and religion itself. Sex is not bad or evil or anything; It is just sex. One's choice to be with whomever or how many or whatever is a personal choice and NONE OF YOUR FUCKIN BUSINESS. Maybe if you got laid once in awhile you wouldn't have such strong feelings on it. SEX IS BEAUTIFUL. Unless it's with animals or Christians.

  • @godbluffvdgg I am just stateing the facts as I know them. Sex is not bad as long as it is done according to God's will. Marriage is a covenant between a Man a woman and God. I have read much of Huxleys work. Godbless you and I forgive and love you no matter what you say about me or the Children of Jesus the Christ, my master. Take care:)

  • @doobersmanster Well, that's good that you are happy with your religious choices. My "unless..." statement was a sarcasm. Marriage is a scam and a control mechanism, much inline with the doctrines Mr. Huxley's publishing controllers. Marriage is only a legal contract drawn by the government to keep record of their property. Enjoy your life, I wish you only health, beauty, peace and love to you and yours.

  • @godbluffvdgg Thank you that was such a nice message. You sound like a wonderful person. Yes Marriage is a control mechanism, it is natural and arises naturally within almost all human cultures. It keeps people from killing each other.:) It is interesting to note that most murders (in the world) are done by family members..I don't know the answer, but it is safe to keep on the way we are or we could have a complete breakdown in society and end up like brain numbed robots.

  • @godbluffvdgg with such a view of its none of your business and personal choice, that sorta collapses when it comes to things like killing people doesn't it? if its personal choice we're talking about everyman has the right to make his or her own rules doing anything other than not following someone elses rules would impede on that whole ideology.

  • I want my soma, the real new world order is killing me.

  • i can barely watch this, where is all the back story its barely got any of the prefound impact of the original.

  • @tiamatefalco2 the earlier bbc production and the original book are just too corny an naive almost painful looking at / reading it - same with his book the island, they just seem so simplist and dated view of things. this vesion not bad (it is made for tv movie so pretty good for that type of producion).

  • @tiamatefalco2 The fact that you can't spell "prefound" is evidence that you're a pseudo-intellectual dilletante.

  • @kltvpm luckily for me and you, mastery of the English language is not An accurate barometer to measure intelligence. if that was the case we would not have chaos theory. Fractals would not have been discovered and lets face it all existence would probably not have come to be. i do not live and exist in the same boxes you use to categorise and make sense of the world.

  • @kltvpm Intelligence can not be seen in something as simple as something learned through repetition. Intelligence is the ability to be creative and be inspired, Which is why im going to leave you with whatever simple sense of superiority you have formed in the hope that you can take a long hard look at yourself.

  • As soon as I saw Leonard Nimoy and Peter Ghallager on the billing, I knew this movie would be Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y.

  • I think Huxley would have approved.

  • Kinda boring...:-\

  • SOMA = Sodium flouride. Check it out It is in your water supply.

  • "WORK IS FUN!"

    Must be a fantasy film.

  • Youtube lets socialistic films like "Brave New World" be shown, yet where's the movie "Atlas Shrugged?" Youtube's political colors shines so bright.

  • this movie is a prelude of is about to happen in a few decades from now.

  • @morgoth731 nah in this movie its identical to what is already a reality, the real thing in our future is gonna be soooo much worse and more brutal.

  • I think I prefer this world, where I can overcome my own 'base' emotions and exercise my more 'noble' ones!

  • > Movie added to playlist.

  • Its weird how erotic discos is the big part of civilization in the movie

  • fuck the system if humans had to live like this it would be a real disgrace to the human race.....its a race.

  • @hitnrun595 I personally found the ending disappointing. It was Lenina's fault she got pregnant. it was her responsibility to make sure she didn't and Bernard cannot be faulted for getting her pregnant because he assumed she did what she was supposed to do. I think it would be better to run society like this.

  • Well someone flagged my comment below as spam, but nothing could be further from the truth.the book is very relevent on this subject and it is free It is not my book and it's not for sale,so how is that spam? I simply am passing on info that will stop us from living in a brave new world because the fabian socialists are trying to set one up and it's very close so please think twice before marking info as spam.

  • this one of my favorite films where could i possibly download it?

  • Could human's desire beat trepidation(conscience)? So how people create conscience(evaluation)?

  • i am in love with Cooper

  • The book I suggest in the comment below this one is written by a true American patriot and warns you of the Fabian socialist threat to America.Read at least one chapter if you can still manage it.In 1994 87% of congress on both sides were Fabian socialists and you wonder what is happening to your constitution.Wake up you are under sustained attack from the inside, not from terrorism. Please read it, it is free online at Doc Stoc. It's FREE because he cares about you!!!

  • @2wheels88 G. Edward Griffin is also a good source of info on Fabians. I'm gonna look for that doc u mentioned. Thanks.

  • @MandyVin17 Yes G.Edwards freedom force is a great place to go to I get there newsletter and have seen his videos on collectivism! I hope you enjoy the book it's an eye opener for most that are not aware the Brittish still run your country.

  • @2wheels88 You're right about the Fabian socialist. The good thing is that they are pencil necked cowards. They have a strong grip on our public school systems and the media, presently. Sadly, as entrenched and enmeshed in every important societal change over the last century, including both world wars and Hitler, too few Americans have ever even heard of the Fabian society. They are the consummate enemy.

  • @godbluffvdgg Yes thanks I just hope that people do take the time to read this free book and you're right Americans don't know there true enemy because there enemy has them shit scared of boogeyman terrorists and an Iran that is no threat to you what so ever.Let's concentrate on the threat that has your country by the throat right now.Just because there's no invading army does'nt mean your not under attack. Thanks for responding.

  • ahhhhh!!!!!!

  • The future is now...

  • this is sik... sick lol

  • We cannot allow this from happening

  • very nice ending by the way...a brave new world afterall

  • this is today's society not the futures

  • You can't say mother or farther??

  • I expected a Revolution at the end of the film but anyhow it was worth watching it

  • This movie reminds me of The Island, with Scarlett Johansson.

  • @MEGABOINK65 freakin love that movie.

  • @yunolks3 Mee to!! i watched it like 5 times lol

  • this is where the humanity go :( i hate huxler

  • The chemtrails @16:04 fit right in.

  • brainwashed controlled, docile society, just what every goverment would like, a great film warning us how not to become,,,

  • Star of david subliminal at 9:33... Nice try jews.

  • @godbluffvdgg nothing subliminal if you notice it.

  • @lerchfreyley1 A brief flash of a message or symbol is a subliminal. Some can see it because they are aware of the attempts. Some, will just absorb it like a sponge. I guess you're in the latter description.

  • @godbluffvdgg Nice catch. Can'
