not at all. i used to have lower back pain from more traditional exercises (crunches, etc...) but since adopting this style I've had much better posture and a noticeably more muscled core. and feel much better!
u do so many diffrent exercises from what ive seen of all ur videos but what i want to know is, what is your exercise and diet routine, what is it that you personally do ?
ur stomach is emty because u havent eaten anything so ur just burnig the fat on your stomach try it at least for a week and i bet youll see a difference.
