is there an alternative to doing the handstand pushups?

@scooze123456789 alternative is to harden the fuck up. For real though you could do standing dumbbell press. Or do pushups with your feet elevated, and continue adding elevation until you get to completely vertical.

They were the shittest HSPU's that that I've ever seen! He wasn't even lifting his legs at the start. Very strong all the same though.

it would be better to super set the HSPU as wide and your arms facing inwards
