Everything is going so fast, this video is worthless to watch. I mean, there's nothing to learn or be entertained with. If you wanted to video tape this then you shouldn't have played that loud music or had it go in super fast motion. You don't even get to see what's really happening. A waste.

umm here if you need to know any tips here

if you feel like getting spacers/ braces on might hurt

then take some advil or any type of medicine that may

make it not hurt as much

also the spacers hurt more than the braces so if you think braces hurt they wont, they will just feel uncomfortable the first few days

dont worry just go with the flow, they just want to make sure

you dont have teeth problems when you grow up
