  • Leslie has done it again!!!!!. I worked out in 3 installments of the 15 minutes videos which equals 45 minutes of workout a day and lost 6 lbs in three days. I will continue doing this until I reach my goal.

  • this is great, I'm studying for the exam now and don't get much out on my bike. So this is a very good way to get some exercise at home. I lost 7 kilos in 3 months :-)

  • I've lost a stone in 3 weeks thanks to Leslie, doing 5mile one everyday, some days with my hubby. Ofc eating healthily. My thighs are unbelievably thinner now, thank you Leslie! I'm so glad I found her vids, first time I could follow a regular exercise plan cuz it's fun, I feel more and more fit everytime I do it. I also know many people around me who shed lots of pounds. Don't know how useful they are for someone who is already fit and toned, but to me this is just the perfect workout!

  • With two broken ankles (broken both at least twice each) and a broken knee, I LOVE that I don't have to get down on the floor. I can't run either so I do five days of treadmill and two days of these videos (parts 1 and 2). I am 5'7" and weigh 147 pounds. I'm really not changing my eating habits, only cutting down from 6 cans of cola to four and tap that down to three. I hope I see some results.

  • This was my first time watching these two videos, but I love the feel it gave me for the first time. Even when I normally walked two miles everyday during the summer. I never did feel the burn, or the other parts of my body being used. I love this work out, and going to start doing it four times a week to help me with my diet. Thank you for putting it up here.

  • @PanaceaWanted Age doesn't really matter. It's about how fit you are. If this doesn't get you out of breath you need to try something harder. I'm 17 but I got out of breath doing this, because I'm not fit right now.

    Maybe you could try her 5 Mile walk DVD. I think it's a little harder and you have to do a boost at the end. Good luck losing the 18lbs! :)

  • @jazmingarcia2009 An easy way to keep this video on your computer is to download realplayer and come back to the video and download it - That's what I'm doing :)

  • At 75 years old I think this routine will extend my life 10 years or more. I have had no exercise in 50 years. I cannot go through the total program but I do a little more every day.

  • This work out was great I sprained my ankle a week ago and I can't do any of my normal workout excersice and this really helped. :)

  • I don't know for women, but for us men, the best way of loosing weight is through a strong diet. I have experimented with myself many times and the only way that lost my belly was through a strong diet (no sugars, no spaghetti, pizzas, much natural fabric food, and liquids without sugar). Also forget beers and alchool as well as coca colas. Swimming helps a lot during Summer.

  • I'm not much for marching, but it might work. I like my Shape Ups to burn off the fat - they really work! Check it out!

  • @mogwaifisherman I used to go to the gym for 3-4 hours when I was young, it was the legendary 80s decade when we weren't working much, but at 2010 the boss ask for so much work at the office so I return home totally exausted. How can I think of the gym now? Only the diet saved me. I agree that the gym helps a lot, the problem is for the emploees who work much.

  • I am so grateful that this is here. I moved recently and had to give up some things when I moved because I moved over 8 hours away from my original location. My walk away the pounds DVD set was one of the things I had given up. I was so excited to see this here on YouTube! My best friend and I get 2 miles in every day before work thanks to you!

  • I was doing the sidesteps moving forward and backwards when my dog got behind me just as I was stepping back. I twisted my knee one way and fell over backwards another way. I heard several cracks. The doc said I ripped my knee cartilage in several places and will be laid up for months! I guess I'll have to exercise from the waist up now. Beware of moving obstacles.

  • i have been a long-time fan of leslie sansone. I love all her workout dvds as well as her boosters. in addition to other types of exercises, brisk walking is indeed an effective, healthy workout for people. It can be a sweaty workout, which i love, as well. i also love her interval training and jogging workouts.

  • I have arthritis in both knees and walking is about the safest and easiest way for me to workout. Now that the weather is changing it is not as convenient for me to walk outside. I am familiar with Leslie's workouts from Exercise TV, but they are limited. I am glad I found these on You Tube. Thanks!
