Dude i jut beat this game, and i sorta dont understand how all of the sudden York Transforms to Zach...

@00Roberti00 York was Zach the whole time. The whole game you think Zach is the personality York created, but it was the other way around. Zach created York to help him deal with the trauma of his childhood, and once he finds out the truth, he lets go of York and his true self comes out.  He didn't literally transform, York was just in his mind.
