  • Best demonstration of this machine I use it all the time for the soleous muscle

    this is the muscle that gets long and weak in runners always got calf injury probs till i found this out have now got the best time in 2010 for 1 mile race in the over 70s

    age group great!! light weight 20 reps 6 sets can you beat a 70 year old at 5k 21:41
