  • you are just pedalling orthotics, the best thing to do is walk around barefoot as much as possible to naturally strengthen the muscles in the feet. It's confining our feet in shoes which causes all the problems.

  • these issues can be corrected through active isolated stretching and strengthening

  • what about exercises for the arch to strengthen them! I've got really good orthotics, but my ankles still hurt and i want to have a better arch for dancing, are there any tips for this?

  • my freind also bent his toes back taped it to his leg then went to bed and he couldnt walk for a day after that
