I was supposed to see him live in Amsterdam back in april, yet the show was cancelled when Newton got stuck in Hong Kong due to the bloody Icelandic ash cloud! He was kind enough to set a replacing date...in the middle of my vacation in Italy...GRRRR! Hope he'll return in the fall! Love him to bits!

Also I'd love to know what the pickup system in that guitar he's holding. He used it at a gig I saw and it just produces the most amazing sound for percussion and just generally as an electroacoustic guitar. I mean, that and newton has some extraudinary chops of course :D
