"Sam" is quite magnificent! I first heard her singing "Horse to the water" with Mr. Holland etc. in a Youtube clip from The Concert For George! Alas like many things it was taken down! Many, many thanks for letting us have the chance to see and hear it again!

@lovinstufflive Yes, she has always been a star in my eyes, however I mean that she should be as well known as, say, Maddonna. As I commented on the short version of this song, she stole the show with this song. Her performance on the Pink Floyd "Great Gig in the Sky" proves she is better than most of the so called "superstars".

@debiedog1 i kind of had that feeling you meant that...wasn't sure. i'm finding out more and more these days that a lot of the greatest musicians are not "those" superstar's like madonna with the big names and gazillions of dollars- in my book, madonna just had the promotion, not the superstar talent that sam had. thanks for your comment and clarification.

I have the CD purchased in Canada and it includes this track from Sam Brown, strange if it was not on another version of the same concert. This concert is the best modern concert I hasve ever ever seen and heard. Brilliant.

Amen Tydyd1....I bought the CD by a contribution to Public TV while the concert was on. I was SOOOOO disappointed when Sam's performance wasn't included. I think she was a high point of the concert.

I got songs I like on DVD but all the protective crap won't let you put it in your music so if they don't put it on CD or make some rehashed version you loose!!!! I HATE THAT!!!! Movie soundtracks are the worst culprits! They won't just give you the movie audio on CD like you want!!!! Or at least I want. Am I the only one?
