  • Great. You have a nice balafon. Where did you get it?

  • The balafon comes from BaraGnouma workshop...

  • Bravooo !!! J'adore !

  • A wonderful harmony of sound and well-balanced accents. Good technique and above all very coherent artistic personality.

Every sound is different but just as an exceptional, unrepeatable and unique. Together they form a unique harmony that its depth penetrates our whole being - body, mind and soul. Thank You.

  • wooow

perfect player and perfect inst ut soud is very good

please where is this player from ?

and what type of balafon this is ?

  • Thank you for your message. The player lives in Bobo-Dioulasso (Burkina-Faso). He's playing a diatonic balafon like from Guinée.

  • @fababobo theres several types? is there like a main one? and are they very different? :)

  • @ilovelij I'm not the best person to answer your question, but I believe the biggest difference is that some balafons are pentatonic (5 notes to the octave) while others are heptatonic (7 notes to the octave). Youtube user SAMBLADIABATE is a balafon player who has a bunch of videos with pentatonic balafon.

Keep in mind also that most West African instruments like the balafon are not as standardized as Western instruments.

  • @sacundim ah, right, thanks but tht was 4 school work nd its over now so it doesnt matter but thanks anyway! :)

  • waouuu il joue super bien le balafon sa me donne envie de fer un tour o pays!! eh dieu la guinee me mank gravvv!!

  • aah elle est bien la musique qu'il joue
